Hartley People are recruiting a full-time Office Administrator to work in a busy, well-established Waterford City company.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with customer queries – providing excellent customer service
  • Inputting customer orders on the system and logging service calls
  • Following up on delivery queries
  • Assisting with stock control
  • Manging all requirements for a fleet of company vehicles
  • General management of office utilities
  • Assist with customer invoicing
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years office admin experience
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to learn I.T. systems quickly
  • Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good team player with flexibility to adapt and grow as responsibilities increase
